Our teams process orders very quickly in order to guarantee shipment as soon as possible. This does not allow us to intervene on an order that has already been confirmed.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still make a return:

access your orders
follow the indicated steps to submit your return request
Good to know: once your return has been received, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
