Your order is shipped within 24 hours. As soon as it is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing all the information needed to track its delivery.
In particular, you will find your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel easily.
This tracking number is also available at any time from your customer account, in the “My orders” section, by selecting the relevant order.
You can then track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
